Career competence should contribute to the individual being better able to manage its life, learning and work, also through change and transition. Contributing to career competence is one of the objectives for the outcome of career guidance. Hence, working adequately with career learning becomes imperative. This part of the quality framework provides input and inspiration for how to facilitate career learning with the objective of increased career competence for the individual.

Your Career Learning is an inspirational tool for anyone interested in learning more about how to facilitate career learning. In the tool, you get both ideas and practical examples. The tool is in Norwegian, but you can use Google to translate. Please note that the translation is not approved by the Norwegian Directorate of Higher Education and Skills.
