Christmas 2025

The switchboard will be closed from December 24, 2025, through January 1, 2026. During Christmas 2025, our services have the following opening hours:

  • Prøvetelefonen (phone, chat and email) (Tests in Norwegian language and Social studies, and the Norwegian citizenship test) – closed from December 22 to January 5
  • Samordna opptak and Recognition of foreign education – phone service closed from December 23 to January 4
  • Karriereveiledning.no opening hours:
    • Dec 22 to Dec 23: 09:00–17:00
    • Dec 24–26: closed
    • Dec 29 to Dec 30: 10:00–14:00
    • Dec 31 to Jan 1: closed
    • Jan 2: 10:00–14:00
    • Extended opening hours from Monday, Jan 5.

Invoice information

In Norway, electronic Peppol PEPPOL BIS invoice is mandatory.

To send e- invoice you need following information:

  • Organization number with landcode: 0192: 974788985
  • Reference Code in the tag Invoice/buyerRefernce
  • Reference Code starts with 1650 and 4 to five letters.

Recognition of foreign education

Tests in Norwegian language and Social studies, and the Norwegian citizenship test

If you have questions about your own test or registration, you need to contact your test centre.

We can answer general questions about the tests. The opening hours for the phone and chat service is Monday–Thursday 10:00h–12:00h and 12:30h–14:30h.
