The objective is to encourage systematic and structured reflection, and to initiate conversations about ethics in career guidance.

The tool Ethics Cards

The tool allows you to reflect on ethical challenges and develop your ethical competence and practice. You can use the tool anonymously or login. When you log in, the reflection notes and decks are stored. The tool is in Norwegian, but you can use Google to translate. Please note that the translation is not approved by the Norwegian Directorate of Higher Education and Skills.
