International Request and Release Authorization Form
For the recognition of foreign education from certain countries, a transcript must be sent directly from the educational institution to HK-dir in a sealed envelope.
You must request the educational institution to send the transcript to us via regular mail or through courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

If the educational institution is in the USA or Canada, they can send us the transcript through digital services such as Parchment, Student Clearinghouse, and MyCreds, to recognition@hkdir.no.
