Who offers and who works in career guidance? The career guidance field in Norway is diverse, with practitioners, managers and owners who work in various sectors.

The outer part of the model shows three work areas that are performed by actors who have a system level responsibility for career guidance. The field of practice is situated in the middle of the model. The tasks here are performed by career guidance practitioners and other practitioners who offer and facilitate career guidance and career guidance activities.
