The project described in the application meets the assessment factors for the criterion in question in an exceptional manner, with no or only minor potential for improvement. The project is described and justified in a way that clearly stands out.
Grade 6 – Excellent
The project described in the application meets the assessment factors for the criterion in question in an excellent manner, with very few or only minor potential for improvement. The project has no significant shortcomings and is described and justified in an excellent manner.
Grade 5 – Very good
The project described in the application meets the assessment factors for the criterion in question in a very good manner but has some clear potential for improvement. However, the project has no significant shortcomings. The project is very well described and justified.
Grade 4 – Good
The project described in the application meets the assessment factors for the criterion in question in a good manner but has some clear potential for improvement or significant shortcomings. The project is otherwise well described and justified.
Grade 3 – Fair
The project described in the application meets the assessment factors for the criterion in question in a fair manner. The project is characterised by substantial potential for improvement or significant shortcomings and appears only partially well described and justified.
Grade 2 - Poor
The project described in the application meets the assessment factors for the criterion in question in an inadequate manner. The project has decisive potential for improvement and/or shortcomings and is found to be poorly described and justified.
Grade 1 - Very poor
The project described in the application meets the assessment factors for the criterion in question in a clearly inadequate manner. The project is very poorly described and justified throughout.
